Where Are We Going?

Oregon State University’s Outdoor Recreation Economy Initiative is continuing to identify and work with partners to define industry needs and build solutions tailored for the outdoor recreation economy. We are currently working with existing partners in the development of two workforce training programs—one focused on upskilling the CURRENT workforce and the other focused on developing the FUTURE workforce. These pilot programs will launch in Spring 2020.

We are excited about the ongoing work with existing partners and look forward to broadening the scope of this effort as we continue identifying and collaborating with additional stakeholders within the outdoor recreation industry.

2020

Our pilot programs will launch in 2020, so be sure to stay tuned!
